At Alimama we handcraft all made-to-order products within 2-3 weeks.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it is handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 2-3 weeks to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the fabric cut and nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Keeping away from fire, dangerous or staining liquids, sharp objects
* Washing and drying according to Alimama recommended wash instructions (detailed here)
* Not giving to children as a toy
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* They are washed/dried on sanitary (very hot) setting, or if diaper is ironed
* Left out in the sun too long or if bleach is applied to item
* Diaper is hung over its elastics

Our cloth diapers are currently available in One Size. They are intended to fit babies approximately 10-35 pounds. Adjust it to fit your baby by using the various rise and hip snaps.
We always love creating new products from scratch. If you see a design on our website or social media that is no longer available for sale on our website, there may be a chance we can make one especially for you, or something similar.

We ship all U.S. orders through Canada Post USA by Air.
We ship all International orders through Canada Post Tracked Packet International by Air.
Alimama is not responsible for customs, duty or brokerage fees on USA and international shipping (these charges may or may not come from your country during importation of your package).
We do our best to serve you and make shopping easier and enjoyable at Alimama.
* We offer free shipping to customers in Canada. This is regular and not express shipping. Some smaller packages (ie. less than 3 pocket diapers) do not come with tracking. If you require tracking or express shipping, please make a note requesting this at checkout and we will contact you ASAP with a quote on additional postal cost.
USA shipping is charged a flat rate of $12.
International shipping is charged a flat rate of $20.
Selecting a made-to-order item in the same order with a ready-to-ship item does not ensure a faster processing time. Your made-to-order product may still need 2-3 weeks to be handmade.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.This policy includes new, unused products only. We do not repair used products. If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately and do not use.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the terms above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be refunded. This includes items purchased with a coupon discount code.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (similar item will be given in the case that same is not available), send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP with further instructions on the matter.
You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (which is not automatically included with smaller packages). Ask us for a quote on tracked and insured shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will only refund for eligible items we have received.
